  • Third-Party Property Manager – A publicly traded commercial real estate firm is seeking a full-time experienced Property Manager to oversee its growing third-party portfolio in Houston. Headquartered in the Galleria, this person will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s third-party portfolio, which currently consists of 15 office, retail, and industrial properties.
    
    Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Tenant relations, rent collections, lease administration, supervision of clerical, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel, property inspections and maintenance of the physical property, vendor and contractor negotiations for services, capital improvement to the properties including tenant improvements, budget preparation, monthly budget variance reporting, compliance with codes and regulations.   • Multi-Family Asset Manager – A publicly traded commercial real estate firm is seeking a full-time, experienced Asset Manager to oversee its multi-family portfolio in multiple states. Headquartered in the Houston Galleria area, this person will oversee all Regional Managers and report to TIC investors. Five+ years experience is required, preferably with both conventional and direct student housing properties. Applicants must have a real estate license and bachelor’s degree.
    
    Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Overseeing Regional Mangers, implementing procedures and a plan to increase revenue and occupancy, budget preparation, monthly/quarterly reporting, and communicating with TICs on a regular basis.
