Texas:

• Third-Party Property Manager – We are seeking a full-time experienced Property Manager to oversee our growing third-party portfolio in Houston.  Headquartered in the Houston Galleria area, this person will be responsible for managing and growing the company's third-party portfolio which currently consists of office, retail, and industrial properties. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Tenant relations, rent collections, lease administration, supervision of clerical, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel,  property inspections and maintenance of the physical property, vendor and contractor negotiations for services, capital improvement to the properties including tenant improvements, budget preparation, monthly budget variance reporting, compliance with codes and regulations. •  REO Specialist - Currently seeking an REO Specialist to oversee multiple projects in the Dallas area.  This person will be responsible for opening and maintain the Dallas regional office.  Some travel may be required.   Job duties include overseeing the management and leasing of each property, overseeing on-site employees (if any), preparing and implementing a budget, preparing a monthly management report, overseeing repairs and invoices, and increasing revenue.  This person will also be responsible for growing the management and leasing portfolio in the Dallas area.  Must have a college degree and 2-3 years experience managing REO properties.  Please fax resumes and salary requirements to 281-754-4169.
